Arrive at KLIA Airport, where you are met and greeted before a private transfer to the hotel. Check in at Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park. The rest of the day is at leisure.
05 November 2026 · Kuala Lumpur city tour
Breakfast at the hotel, then a half-day Kuala Lumpur city tour on SIC basis visiting the major highlights of the city. Return to the hotel, with the evening free for shopping or exploring on your own.
06 November 2026 · Genting Highlands & Batu Caves
Breakfast at the hotel, then the Genting Highlands day tour on SIC basis. En route you stop at Batu Caves for around 30 minutes of photos, then take the two-way cable car up to Genting with free time to explore. The tour runs approximately 8 hours before returning to Kuala Lumpur.

Breakfast at the hotel, then check out and transfer privately to KLIA Airport for your onward journey.

Booking & payment
- A 25% advance of the total package cost confirms your booking.
- 50% is due 30 days before departure, and the balance 15 days before departure.
- Bookings made within 20 days of departure require 100% payment upfront.
- Rates are dynamic and only locked once the advance is received.
Cancellation & refunds
- 45+ days before departure — full refund minus a ₹2,500 per-person processing fee.
- 44 to 30 days before departure — 25% of the package cost is retained.
- 29 to 15 days before departure — 50% of the package cost is retained.
- Under 15 days before departure or no-show — no refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- Airline, cruise and non-refundable hotel components follow the supplier's own policy.
Amendments & date changes
- One free date change is allowed if requested more than 30 days before departure, subject to availability.
- Later changes are treated as a cancellation and a fresh booking.
- Name changes on flight tickets follow airline rules and may attract a fee.
Visa, documents & travel
- A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date is mandatory for international travel.
- Visa fees are excluded unless explicitly listed; our team files the application on your behalf.
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing consulate — a rejection is not grounds for a full refund.
- Travellers are responsible for carrying valid photo ID at all domestic hotels and check-ins.
On-trip terms
- Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am unless stated otherwise.
- Itineraries may be re-sequenced due to weather, traffic, roadblocks or local restrictions, keeping inclusions intact.
- Activities cancelled by an operator for weather or safety reasons are refunded at the operator's rate.
- CompleteTrip is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.
